The year rushes by faster than we can keep up. Behind us, success at our industry’s leading trade fair ISH, ahead of us, the promise of Summer holidays spent in the sunshine.

Zlatko Kadrijević now provides support for planners in our Southern Region.
 We are expanding our sales team. In the area of planner support, Mr. Zlatko Kadrijević will now be responsible for our Southern Region. Effective immediately, he will be responsible for addressing the concerns of planners and for the acquisition of large projects. He will support planners in designing and implementing optimal building technology in both new and existing buildings with our products.

All inclusive Weather station
Oppermann’s new All-In-One weather sensor WST 01-Mod combines a multitude of different sensors in one device. The station contains sensors for temperature, relative humidity, air pressure, wind speed and direction, precipitation amount, intensity and type, UV index, sun position, brightness, twilight and global radiation.
The weather sensor is particularly suitable for use in building automation, smart city applications and solar roofs. Data transmission is effected optionally via W-LAN or RS485. The weather sensor will be available as of July 2019.

Oppermann at the TAB Fachforum Brandschutz (TAB Fire Protection Forum)
In cooperation with several industrial partners, the trade journal BS Brandschutz will be touring with the TAB Fachforum Brandschutz through Germany once again. Oppermann will be among the contributors to the tour! The forums take place on four dates in September / October in four different cities.
This fire protection congress is one of the ideal platforms in our industry to swap information on all aspects of fire protection. Find out about the latest developments and trends around fire protection in technical building equipment planning.

Oppermann at the Fire Protection Conference 2019 in Düsseldorf
The annual fire protection conference in Dusseldorf is a "must" for concept developers, building supervisory authorities and all persons involved in fire safety. The congress and the accompanying exhibition are also the perfect place to present fire protection components from the Oppermann portfolio. Look for us at the Congress Center Düsseldorf on July 2nd.

Hansrüdiger Oppermann celebrates a milestone birthday
Hansrüdiger Oppermann, veteran of the measurement and control industry and founder of our company, recently turned 80. In the course of his long and successful career, Hansrüdiger Opperman filed a number of patents and, among other things, achieved phenomenal success with the market launch of our KRM® duct smoke detector.
Hansrüdiger Oppermann retired from the company a few years ago, and is enjoying his retirement in Switzerland, where he hopes to continue enjoying an active social life.
